Drawn from VIZHEE's Certified Mukhi Beads line, this piece shows 9 mukhi, the form tradition gives to Durga under Ketu. It sits closer to a quiet tool than a decoration — meant to be felt more than seen. It's a piece to reach for without thinking, once it becomes part of how you get dressed. Given basic care — dry, shaded, wiped clean — it is built to be worn for years, not just a season.

Read by hand: we count the 9 mukhi (faces) on the bead ourselves — there is no external document behind that reading.
The Padma Purana account (via Kanchi Kamakoti Peetham) assigns the nine-faced bead to Durga, ruled by Ketu, with the mantra Om Hreem Hum Namah. Independent astrology and rudraksha reference charts consistently repeat this Durga–Ketu pairing, and the number nine also echoes Durga's Navadurga (nine-form) worship. Described here as tradition, not as a guaranteed effect.
Seed of the Elaeocarpus ganitrus tree, worn as a prayer bead across Hindu and Buddhist tradition. Natural beads vary in colour and grain and may deepen with wear — a mark of a real bead, not a fault.
Keep away from water, perfume and harsh chemicals. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth and store flat, away from direct sunlight. Rudraksha and other natural beads may deepen in tone with wear — this is expected, and part of how a piece becomes yours.
