These terms apply whenever you browse vizhee.com or place an order with VIZHEE. By using the site or placing an order, you accept them.

1. Orders & pricing

1. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without notice; the price at checkout applies.
2. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a sale is only confirmed once we accept and process payment. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a piece is out of stock or pricing was shown incorrectly.
3. Payment is processed by Razorpay; we do not see or store your full card or bank details.

2. Product descriptions & images

1. We describe every piece by its real material, facet and size wherever we can, and avoid claims we can’t stand behind.
2. Rudraksha, gemstones and other natural materials vary bead to bead — colour, banding and finish will differ slightly from the exact piece photographed.
3. Photography is warm-graded for consistency; screens render colour differently, so minor variation is normal.

4. Intellectual property

Site content, photography, and the VIZHEE name and logo belong to VIZHEE (or are used with permission). You may not reproduce or reuse them commercially without written consent.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t use the site to do anything unlawful, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or scrape product data for a competing use without permission.

6. Liability

We aim for the site and every listing to be accurate, but we don’t guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

7. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [registered business city — to be added]. We’ll always try to resolve a concern directly first — contact us.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version, with its “last updated” date, is the one that applies.
