VIZHEE ships from India, with free delivery within India and paid delivery worldwide. Here’s what to expect from the moment you order to the moment it arrives.

Processing time

Orders are dispatched from India, typically within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, with secure packaging. Made-to-order or high-demand pieces may take a little longer — we’ll let you know if that applies to your order.

Delivery within India

Shipping within India is free. Delivery timelines vary by destination and courier.

Worldwide delivery

• We ship internationally; shipping cost and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout.
• International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by the destination country. These are the customer’s responsibility and aren’t included in the order total.
• Exact carrier names and country-by-country delivery windows are being finalised and will be listed here.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send tracking details to the email or phone number you ordered with.

Delays

Customs processing, courier disruption, extreme weather and public holidays can occasionally delay delivery beyond the estimated window. We’ll help track down a delayed order if you reach out.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us with your order number (and photos, if it arrived damaged) and we’ll sort it out.
