This policy explains what personal data VIZHEE collects when you use vizhee.com or place an order, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have over it.
What we collect
Contact and order details you give us: name, shipping/billing address, email, phone number.
Order history and the products you’ve purchased or added to your bag.
Payment information — processed directly by our payment partner (Razorpay); we do not receive or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
Browsing data such as pages viewed and device/browser type, collected via cookies and analytics tools once you consent (see Cookies below).
Any message you send us directly, e.g. through our contact email.
How we use it
To process and deliver your order, and to handle payments, returns and customer support.
To send order-related communication (confirmations, shipping updates).
To send marketing communication — only if you’ve opted in; you can unsubscribe at any time.
To improve the site, based on aggregated, consent-gated analytics.
To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Cookies & consent
We use a consent banner before any non-essential cookie is set. Your choice is remembered for 180 days in a cookie named vizhee_consent. Until you actively opt in, analytics and advertising cookies stay off — only the strictly-necessary cookies required to run the site are active by default. You can change your choice at any time by clearing that cookie and revisiting the banner.
Who we share data with
Shopify — our commerce platform, which stores order and customer records.
Razorpay — our payment processor, which handles and secures payment details.
Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager — website analytics, only once you consent.
Marketing tools such as Meta’s advertising pixel — only where enabled and only once you consent.
Shipping/logistics partners, to deliver your order.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Data retention
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil the order and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete other personal data we hold about you at any time, subject to those same legal requirements.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law — including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — you can ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw marketing consent, by writing to us at our contact page.
Children
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
