We would rather tell you plainly what a piece is than dress it in claims it cannot back. This page sets out what VIZHEE certifies, what it does not, and how to read our product descriptions.
Before a mala leaves us, it is offered in a traditional pooja — a devotional act we perform out of respect for the tradition the piece belongs to. With your order we include a little prasad and sacred vibhuti (holy ash) from that pooja. This is something we genuinely do; it is not a claim that the ritual “energises” the piece or guarantees any particular result — the meaning it holds is yours.
Every listing is written from what the piece actually is — its material, its make, and the detail you can see. Where tradition attaches a meaning to a bead, a mukhi, a deity or a stone, we describe that meaning as tradition, not as a guaranteed effect. We do not claim that any piece cures, heals, or is certain to bring a particular outcome.
Where a piece is described as silver, it is 925 sterling silver — 92.5% silver by weight, the standard alloy for fine silver jewellery. Where an individual piece carries a BIS hallmark, that is stated on its listing; we do not describe an unhallmarked piece as hallmarked.
Stones are described by their real mineral name. Combination pieces sold under a theme name are described by the actual stones they contain. Any spiritual or crystal-tradition association is presented as tradition and intention — never as a tested or guaranteed effect.
If you would like more detail on the material or provenance of a specific piece, write to us through our contact page and we will tell you what we know.
